We have booked a trip to Egypt with this agency and it couldn't be worse. There is overbooking on the boat they have given us and they have put several of us together in one room. We have paid a lot of money and they have given us a cruise and hotel that was not on the list, of low category, and what is worse, they know it and they have not called us to solve it, nor do they answer anything, and we still have no solution, knowing furthermore that we do not have calls and data
